SCARANO, Teresa Ann "Terry Ann" Age 59 Born December 23, 1956 in the Bronx, New York, Passed away Friday May 27, 2016 in the Bronx, New York at Calvary Hospital after a strong and courageous two year battle with Cancer. Beloved Daughter of her late loving parents Terry and Larry. Loving Sister to Joseph A Scarano and Nancy Rodriguez Rivera, Loving Aunt to Joey and Michael and Great Aunt to Giovanna & Lorenzo, Cherished Sister-in-Law to Sheila, Beloved Mother to her two precious dogs Bella & Harley, Also survived by many loving Cousins, Dearest Friend to the Guida Family from Corona, NY, her extended family of Service Corporation International of New York (SCI) where she dedicated and devoted her Professional Life of 30 years as a Licensed Funeral Director & Market Manager. She was a licensed funeral director & Embalmer in the states of New York, New Jersey & Florida. Also survived by numerous loving friends in Florida. Terry Ann will be remembered for her generosity, love for others especially rescue dogs. A friend to many, known for her work ethic, honesty and the finer things in life. Services in New York will be held at Guida Funeral Home 47-20 104th Street Corona, New York 11368 In Repose Sunday May 29 and Monday May 30, 2016 from 2pm to 9pm. Further Service will also be held at Joseph A. Scarano Funeral Home Pines Memorial Chapel, 9000 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 Wednesday June 1, 2016 from 2pm to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday June 2, 2016 @ Saint Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church Pembroke Pines, Florida. Entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children Hospital and/or to the Humane Society for Dogs.
