Swinton Selbie Phillip 79, of Pembroke Pines passed away on Sunday January 21, 2018 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Born January 30, 1938 in Grenada, West Indies to his loving parents Doris Julien Creed & Alfred Creed. Beloved husband of the late Francesca Phillip, devoted father of Christine J. Phillip, Angus Phillip, & Ian Phillip. Cherished grandfather of Francis Hutchinson, Angelica Bess, & Samson Phillip & great grandfather of Jade Hutchinson & Sade Hutchinson. Dearest brother of Pura & Sheila Edgehill. He was 1 of 5 siblings. Moved to Florida in 1977 from Brooklyn, New York and Houston, Texas. He was the assistant Vice President of the Bank of New York AKA Bank of Grenada. He enjoyed helping others, his many friendships and traveling, he drove the double decker buses in London, England.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 from 2-5 P.M. at the Joseph A.
