Leslie John Payne was born on September 15, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA passed away Wednesday, November 7th at the age of 83 years. He served five years in the Army during the Korean War. Proud and devoted father to LesleyAnn. Always ready to discuss football or politics. He was retired as a veterinary technician with race horses. Also was a longtime Board member of Carriage Hills where he lived. Very sadly and lovingly missed by his wife, Carol Kay (née Hugus) after 50 blissful years. He leaves a sister Nancy and nephew Christopher nieces Cheryl, Georgann and Maralee. As per his wishes there will be no services.
