Melvin 68 departed this Life February 13, 2021. Born June 4, 1952 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies to his parents Kenneth Matthews and Hazel Lampart. Loving father of Earl Matthews, Kevin "Monique" and Vashti "Sean" Matthews. Cherished grandfather of 3 grandchildren. Brother of Basil McDonald, Winston, Carl, Paul, Willie and Ray Matthews. In Repose Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Please keep the Matthews family in your prayers. The Joseph A.
