Carter, Sr. Loving Mother to The Late Rowena Saracino, James L. Carter, Jr., Ruth Johnson "Odell," Anthony L. Carter and Mara J. Carter. Cherished Grandmother of 14, Cherished Great Grandmother of 6 Great Great Grandmother of 2. Dearest Sister to 12 Siblings. In Repose Sunday, March 14, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
