FRYER Rubie M. Fryer was born on August 20, 1935 in Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies. She passed away on February 21, 2017 in Miramar, Florida. Beloved Wife of the Late Otis Fryer. Devoted Mother of Carlos (Maureen), Elaine, Duke (Lorna), Judith, Heather, Marcia. Cherished Grandmother of 8 grandchildren and Great Grandmother of 2 great-grandchildren. Loving Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many. Rubie moved to South Florida in 1980 from Kingston, Jamaica. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for Miami Jewish Home for the Aged. Services will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel, 9000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery South. Immediately after interment, repass will take place at Joseph A. Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel.
