My name is David Watkins from Ogden Utah . I first met Vince in September 1976 in Miami Florida. I was serving a mission for my church and met him there the first week that I was out . We were so completely opposites but over time , 46 1/2 years, we became very close friends . We kept in touch constantly . We shared our lives , worries , problems. He was and is a great man and friend !

My dad also met Vince on his mission around the same time. They remained friends ever since. I heard many stories about Vince. He was an amazing person. I met him only once when I was about 7 yrs old.
