Obituary of Maria Raquel Santizo Azurdia

On September 16, 2023 Maria Raquel Santizo of Kissimmee, FL passed peacefully away in her sleep at the beautiful age of 95 years old. “Raquelita” as we all loved to call her was the mother of Seven children. Despite the size of her family, and the challenges of raising a family in Guatemala, she always made time for everyone. Raquelita’s greatest love was her family, and all her children were proud to call her mom. The biggest lesson Raquelita left for us all is that despite the challenges that life brings your way, the best answer is to push forward with faith in God and a smile on your face. Raquelita will be missed by her four surviving children, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. En septiembre 16, 2023 María Raquel Santizo de Kissimmee, FL paso a su descanso eterno mientras dormía a la bella edad de 95 años. “Raquelita” como todos en la familia le llamaban con cariño fue la madre de ciete hijos e hijas. A pesar del tamaño de su familia, y los retos de criar a sus hijos en Guatemala, ella siempre tuvo tiempo para todos. La devoción de Raquelita fue su familia, y todos sus hijos e hijas estaban orgullosos de llamarla mama. La mayor lección que Raquelita nos dejó a todos es que a pesar de los problemas y circunstancias la mejor solución es seguir hacia adelante creyendo en Dios y con una sonrisa en tu cara. Raquelita será extrañada por sus 4 hijos e hijas sobrevivientes, 10 nietos, y 6 gran-nietos. First Visitation Thursday, September 21. 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
