Obituary of Ivan Tirado

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ivan Tirado, on November 24, 2023. He was a beloved husband, father, friend and colleague, who touch the lives of so many he crossed paths with through his lifetime. He was incredibly intelligence, was full of wit, humor, and athleticism. He was pure and honest love of humanity set him aside from others, and all will join us, holding him closer to our hearts. He pursued his interest in playing tennis, billiard, bowling, dominoes, and chess. He had a passion for exploring and creating an atmosphere of enjoyment, love, peace, and was always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. He worked for Citibank for over 41 years, where his career starting as the boy delivering mail and worked his way up to be vice president. Throughout his retirement he enjoyed life by playing, billiard, bowling, chess and dominoes. He was also a great dancer who love to listen to Trios music del Ayer. Ivan was born on January 14, 1943 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Along with his brothers Gustavo, Tirado and Rabindranath Tirado, his parents, Gustavo, Tirado , and Edith Tirado , who predeceased him. Ivan will be deeply missed by his three loving children, Ivan I Tirado, Ayleen Tirado, Tainamarie Tirado. His stepchildren, Suzzette Arnal, Sylvette Arnal, his adoring 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was loved and will be deeply miss by former spouse Leyla T Quiñones and his current spouse Tammy Taylor. His memories will forever live on in the heart of those who truly knew and loved him. We take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, healthy and watching over us. a celebration of life to celebrate. Ivan Tirado will be held privately for family and friends. The Joseph A.
