Born March 30, 1928 Adjuntas Puerto Rico Moved to NYC at a young age returning to PR during his Young adult years. Served the United States Air Force as a pilot. No matter where he went during his colorful life he left a trail of kindness, service, knowledge and love for life. Departed to be with his loved ones and God January 1st at the place where for 8 years countless of nurses, nurses aide, social workers, dietitian and many others took care of him like he was their own family. He will be greatly missed by his children, family and countless people touched by the unforgettable Jose Armando Quiles
