SAIYA Georgette M. Saiya 90 of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in Sunrise, Florida. Born October 13, 1926 to her loving parents Anna Tripani and George Maso in Brooklyn, New York. Beloved wife of Vincent Saiya of 64 years. Devoted mother of Vincent A. "Karen" Saiya, Jean "Gene" Zace, Denise "George" Helbig and Janice "Jorge" Gonzalez. Cherished grandmother of the late Dominic, Vincent, Jorge, Kara, George, Antonio and John and great grandmother of Hailey, Anthony, Jace and Summer. Dearest sister of Amelia Perri. She moved to South Florida in 1968 from Brooklyn, New York. She worked as a devoted housewife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and play the lottery. She was the family worrier- because of love. She was a member of Nativity Catholic Church and St. Bernadette Catholic Church. In Repose Friday, March 31, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with an evening prayer service at Joseph A. Scarano Presidential Circle Memorial Chapel 4351 Hollywood Boulevard Hollywood, Florida 33021. Chapel Service will be held Saturday April 1, 2017 11:00 A.M. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Gardens West in Hollywood, Florida.
